Do you remember a time when family was all we had? On Sundays family dinner was the best times and we just couldn’t wait until the holidays because all of the family both near and far would be coming in town to visit. The foundation of all great gatherings was great food, lots of laugher, and love permeated the air. Oh the great memories that were created at Grandma’s House… A simpler time and place.

Now we’re so busy traveling the world, getting educations, building businesses and buying homes that we have little time for the things that will matter most. As I sit and reflect today on my brand and building the Flagler Real Estate Team I’m lead down memory lane and all I can think of is one word FAMILY! I dream of a day when we can reach the goal our CEO, Tiffanie Flagler has set to help one million families.

It’s a dream that was written down as a goal and it has an expiration date. Tiffanie is not in the Real Estate business because it is easy money because we all know it is not. The hard work and dedication that it takes to help one million families is a challenge our whole team has accepted.

We strive everyday to make a difference in the lives of every family we touch. We help build community one family at a time. We list a house for our Sellers that has the memories of great times and find a new Buyer that will continue to build their legacy there! Then we get the unique opportunity to meet more Buyers who we navigate through the sales process to a new home. Our Sellers get a new beginning in a different home. It’s a blessing to be able to be a first time homebuyer. Over the course of 3-5 years things begin to shift and life changes… You find out your job requires a move or you decided to start a family and then it becomes necessary to find a larger home. Sometimes you’ve bought a big enough home the first time to raise your family and the kids begin to leave and you want to downsize or buy a single level home as you mature.

Whatever your circumstances are, remember that Family is first! Don’t work too hard, or spend too much time worrying about tomorrow.
