Allow Me to Formally Introduce Myself!

Allow Me to Formally Introduce Myself!

As I reinvent myself allow me to formally introduce myself to you… I am Tiffanie Flagler, CEO of the Flagler Real Estate Team and we service the Columbia SC metropolitan and surrounding areas, the Charleston area and hope to expand into the Greenville/ Spartanburg market soon. For the past 5 years in the Real Estate Business my focus has been on New Home Sales. I have helped hundreds of families find a place to call HOME! As you grow things change and I am fearlessly stepping out of my comfort zone into the world of general brokerage where I am able to service Sellers who wish to sell their existing homes and Buyers in search of a new home. So here I am entering the blogosphere in Realtor style!

Welcome to the Flagler Real Estate Team’s real estate blog. This space is available for you to post comments, thoughts, properties for sale and properties that you may be looking for….and/or anything else real estate related. Let’s get to know one another, this business is about building relationships right? I would love to get to know you and follow you on social media while gaining feedback and incite from you on real estate in your area. It is always good to have the consumer’s perspective on the market to combine with my professional knowledge.

I am from the fast “The Lowcountry”, the big town of St. Stephen, SC where I attended Timberland High School. Timberland was a combination of three schools combining to one, St. Stephen, Macedonia, and Cainhoy High Schools. As you can imagine this was an experience for us and I was privileged to be one of the first Varsity Cheerleaders at Timberland High School. I bring that same spirit to my real estate business. I finished high school and moved to the big city, Columbia SC. I have been a life learner matriculating through several schools, Midlands Technical College (2007), Claflin Unversity (2009), Troy University (2011), and Capella University where I am all but dissertation (ABD).

Moving to Columbia was a great decision and I have embraced the ability to meet new people while maintaining older friendships and relationships as the years have passed. Becoming a Realtor was one of the best decisions I ever made. I found my place and my purpose in this business and fell in love. I still get excited every time I am able to help a Seller sell their current home or a Buyer find a new home. I’ve had experiences in this business that have helped me grow and blossom into the person that I am today. With this said, I have created one of the best Real Estate Teams in the business. I have a premiere network of partners that are eager and willing to help with one goal in mind and that’s to get the deal done!  As you read and post, I hope that you will benefit from our network. Perhaps you may learn a few things or even teach us as you post your thoughts. Further, I hope that everyone can profit from what is shared.

My vision is that you will use this as a point of information, to express opinions, and to just plain talk. We can discuss lenders, inspectors, termites, investments, mold, sales prices, what’s for sale or what you want to sell. I hope that you will use it as your microphone to talk about real estate with folks from SC and around the world. I ask that you join us on social media and feel free to add value!
