WHAT I DO

I help buyers purchase new construction homes across South Carolina.

For clients looking to build on their own land, I work locally throughout the Columbia Metro and surrounding Midlands communities to guide the entire process from land to finished home.

MY STORY

I didn’t start in real estate the way most agents do. I started inside it.

I began as a builder site agent for Great Southern Homes in 2014 — and in my first year, I earned Rookie of the Year.

From there, I was recruited to McGuinn Homes, where within three months I was promoted to Sales Manager. I built and led a team of five agents while overseeing both new construction home sales and build-on-your-land projects.

That experience gave me something most agents never get — a real understanding of how builders operate, how deals are structured, and what happens behind the scenes.

In 2016, I made my first personal move into ownership and bought land.

In 2018, I purchased my first investment property — cash.

Then in 2020, during the pandemic when most people were sitting still, I moved. I acquired four properties using creative financing, with my largest out-of-pocket investment being just $5,000.

That wasn’t luck. That was strategy.

From there, I expanded — running a remodeling company, managing properties for myself and others, operating long-term and short-term rentals through platforms like Airbnb and VRBO, and building shared living spaces.

I’ve been on every side of real estate — builder, investor, manager, and agent.

And through all of it, I realized something:

The foundation of this business — the part I fell in love with — was helping people build and buy homes the right way.

That’s where I started. And that’s what has sustained my family.

So when I sit across from you, I’m not guessing.

I understand builders.
I understand investors.
I understand ownership after closing.

And I know how to guide you — because I’ve lived it.

I didn’t just choose real estate. I built my life in it.
