Tiffanie has excelled in Real Estate selling 4.5 Million in her first year and earning the award for “Rookie of the Year”! The very next year she joined a building company and was promoted to Assistant Sales Manager in just 3 short months. Her ability to lead and sell earned her the her the Bronze Award for Sales Managers at the Regal Award Ceremony in 2015. In 2016 Tiffanie was promoted to Sales and Marketing Manager and managed a team that did 30 millions dollars in Real Estate Transactions in Columbia SC. In 2017 Tiffanie continued to grow and train a thriving team, with just 4 team members and an administrator, she reached a goal of 36 million dollars in Real Estate transactions in the Columbia SC metropolitan area. Before the end of the first quarter in 2018 Tiffanie and her amazing sales team had already made over 16 million dollars in Sales. At the end of 2018 she decided to take a leap of faith and expanded Flagler Real Estate.
